Keith D. Huntoon concentrates his practice in the areas of strategic, financial and tax planning, including Estate Planning, Business Financing and Personal Financial Planning. With over ten years of experience in Public Accounting, he serves clients in a number of industries, including professional service firms, real estate, and start-up companies.
Keith, his wife Victoria, who is also an accountant, and sons Noah and Keith Jr., reside in North Kingstown. When he isn’t crunching numbers, he enjoys a variety of sports including softball, volleyball, golf, and soccer. He also loves kayaking and biking on Rhode Island’s beautiful trails and waterways.

Kimberly A. Pierce, CPA
SENIOR MANAGER
Kimberly Pierce started her internship with the firm in 2013. Kimberly was then promoted to staff accountant. Kimberly received her CPA in May 2015, and has been promoted to Senior Staff Accountant.
She takes pride in having her clients’ record keeping near perfect. She enjoys working closely with clients to better maximize profits and minimize costs.
When Kim is not practicing accounting, she is spending time with her husband, Gerry, and daughters Mackenzie and Makayla. They reside in Coventry, Rhode Island.

RICHARD M. CHOUINARD, CPA

Richard Chouinard joined the firm in August 2022 bringing with him over 40 years of experience specializing in providing accounting, tax, and business advisory services to the commercial and non-profit segments of the firm’s practice.
Richard lives in Swansea, Massachusetts with his wife Lisa and enjoys spending his free time with his two adult children and grandson. He also enjoys playing golf, traveling, reading, and photography.

Ernie Panos joined the firm in January, 2016, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in audits of all kinds, as well as tax, accounting and financial planning. His goal in working with our audit clients is to bring the highest level of accuracy and compliance to every audit.
Ernie lives in Cranston with his wife, Carolyn, and enjoys travel and playing golf.

Victoria Huntoon joined the firm in 2019. She has over 10 years of experience in public accounting, including tax preparation and bookkeeping, with a concentration in audit and attestation engagements. She enjoys working closely with her clients to ensure the work is done accurately and in compliance with the highest standards and level of professionalism.
Outside of accounting, Victoria enjoys spending time with family. She and her husband, Keith, reside in North Kingstown with their sons Noah and Keith Jr.

Sean M. Pendergast joined the firm in 2019 as a Staff Accountant and quickly found his focus in business tax. Recently promoted to Senior Staff, Sean works tirelessly to assist clients conducting business throughout the country to navigate a constantly evolving compliance landscape, providing business owners additional time and peace of mind to further grow and succeed.
Sean and his son Silas reside in Rumford, RI. Outside the office, Sean and his son enjoy outdoor recreation and sport.
